Nest Thermostat got W5 error. Checked all posts and guidelines and confirmed that it is the wifi chip issue and I need to contact Google Support. https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp however keeps on giving 503 error.
Tried call the support but there is not support for Nest and was directed back to this page. Frustrated.

Are you still experiencing the issue with that page? I just tried here in the UK and it worked without issue.

tks @salamath YES I have been having this issue, but with regard to being logged out of my Nest app (for some reason) and being unable to get back in. Got frustrated enough that I decided to reset my password to regain access and have yet to receive ANY of the several reset links Google has supposedly sent to my account-established email address. Have been a Nest user for more than 13 years and have had to reset passwords MULTIPLE times but this is the first time I've ever experienced this...BUT is compounded by the fact that there is NO Google/Nest support I can utilize to help me regain access to my Nest account. All of the online resources error out with 503 codes. ALL of the phone numbers are either no longer in service (what?!?) OR are not for Google Nest products. Literally nowhere to turn.
We need help!

i just "resolved" the issue i was experiencing when I was able to start a chat session with Tier 1 support. hopefully if you try again now it will work for you and your hardware issues can get squared away. good luck!
