Nest Thermostat Compatibility

Replacing Honeywell Thermostat on oil fired boiler, electric CAC.  Existing stat has wires Rc R Y C W G.

The compatibility checker online says the Nest should be compatible.  However, when I use the app that pops up after scanning the QR code, I get a message that the Nest is NOT compatible.  I note that the backplate for the Nest has no Rc connection.Am I out of luck, or should the Rc go to the *OB connector?

Thanks for reaching out and for the photo. 

Based on the current wires of your thermostat, it is compatible only with our Nest Learning ones. This is the one with both RC and RH terminals. Check this out for more information: https://goo.gle/3CcFN3I
