Nest Thermostat Compatibility

My current thermostat has an O/W wire that is labeled Sweep Heat.  The Nest thermostat compatibility chart does not list it.  Any ideas?  This HVAC system is in a high-rise condo building that was built in 2009.  So far building engineering has been unhelpful.

@mdpeed ,You will need a Nest Learning Thermostat in order to support the three fan speeds. The OW wire is the heating wire. If you had a heat pump this wire changes the reversing valve and be O.  If you have a gas furnace the wire would be W.
