Hi! Thanks for reaching out here @mosquito1! I would be happy to assist you, thanks for the picture. We don't need to check the wiring when it comes to the European version of the thermostat. However, please have a look here at the compatibility checker and let me know what the results are: https://goo.gle/3DbronJ . As for the installation procedure, you can have a look at our video here: https://goo.gle/345FftC . The Nest App will also walk you through the installation process.

Hello.  Thanks for the reply.  I wacthed the video but i am still wondering what wire I will need to connect where, it's not clear to me. ...

Hi there, just checking in with you. Did you manage to check the last message my colleague posted?

Yes I did but it did not help much. I am still wondering how to wire the thermostat e on my installation. I thought you could help me with the pictures of the existing wiring and the electrical diagram.

So I am trying to find any other information helping me

I'm, so osrry for any inconvenience caused by this, but as my colleague mentioned, an installer definitely might help you to solve this.

Hi, just checking, is there anything else I can assist you with?

I guess not, since you told me to contact an installer to help me further

I can't advise which wire is what in your system if you're unsure, I'd recommend getting in touch with an installer. I can say that the wire that goes into the "L" terminal is most likely the "Live" wire which has to go into the "C" terminal into the Heat Link. However, I can't say for sure what the other 2 wires are.
