Nest Thermostat Help

I just moved into a new home with a nest thermostat. Everything was working fine until the other day we changed the internet over to our account and now it says there is no power to the thermostat. I cant get the nest on the app because its under someone else's account. this is incredibly frustrating! help!

The first thing you should do is factory reset (not restart) the thermostat so you can set it up using your account:

Setup Nest Thermostat: Get started with your Nest Thermostat - Google Nest Help

Let us know if you're still seeing the power error after resetting as well.
