Nest Thermostat App says offline not enough power to connect to Wifi. Not at home and want to check temp in home and adjust. Is my heat still on at home? No problem with Wifi checked Comcast with diagnostic test.
I have the same issue for the first time in 3 months. I am not at the location. Did the next thermostat reconnect to WiFI? The WIFI is fine and working. Please help!
