Nest Thermostat Wiring

See photo of the existing thermostat and new Nest Thermostat.  Will this be compatible or do I need to order the Nest Learning?

According to https://store.google.com/widget/compatibility/thermostat, only the Nest Learning Thermostat would be an option for you.
