Hi all! My apartment has the Nest Thermostat E installed. I have read all forums on turning off schedules, but it still adjusts on its own. Please help

Did you turn off learning for the temperature schedule using these steps?
That way the schedule won't change unless you manually make changes to it. You can also manually set the temperature mode.

Hi all,
my auto schedule is off. The only mode that is on is cool to dry

Hello ptvnataly,
Thanks for getting back to us and for letting us know that auto-learning is disabled. I'd love to know more about this.
Do you have scheduled temperatures created? If so, clear or edit them to make sure that there are no duplicates that might override your set schedules. Also, you might have been enrolled in an energy-saving program with your utility company. Please have a look at this article about rush hour and let us know if you need more help.
Regards,
Mark
