Nest Thermostat compatible?

Just trying to figure out if my current wiring is good to go with a nest thermostat or if I need to do something for the fact that it doesn't have the C wire. Thanks in advance!

Who is the manufacturer of your system?

Do you have a conventional system or a heat pump?

It's a Ducane furnace and I have a conventional system. The thermostat currently installed is a Honeywell.

You can use any of the Nest thermostats.

Give this wiring a try

Blue - B to C

Green - G to G

Yellow - Y to Y1 or Y

White - W to W1 or W

Red - R to Rc or R (jumper to RC not needed)

The "or" is for the Google Nest Thermostat

Hi Melba—was still having issues so just replied to Patrick. Vents blow cold air when Nest is set to heat for some reason.

I am good to go, thanks! I ended up having to get the power connector but it did the trick.

Hey Patrick—so I did that wiring and went through the whole setup. Power to the Nest seemed fine but when I set it to heat and cranked it, my vents were still blowing cold air. Not sure where to go from here.
