Nest Thermostat e frozen

Completely frozen. Can’t get into settings or anything

tried to reset it and re install using nest but won’t connect to phone 

stuck on an image of a house with an arrow 

any help?

Hey AliBongo79, 

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear about your Nest Thermostat E.

If your thermostat display is frozen, are you able to do a successful reset on it? If not, you might need to have the display restarted manually by following the steps below:

1. Press the thermostat down until the screen turns off (about 10 seconds), then release.
2. Press and release the ring to turn it back on and complete the restart process. You'll see the Nest logo when it begins to start up. The screen will turn on as it finishes.
