@Joebiu , if you can provide some more details, we can best assist you. Is this a brand new install or is this a reinstallation or a used unit that you’re trying to install. If you have the pictures from the old thermostat showing the wires that were attached to it. How about uploading it here so we can see it in addition show us the nest display plate where you have the wires installed so we can verify that as well.
