Our Nest Thermostat isn't turning on the heating, but it's working fine with turning the hot water on, it's showing orange on the app and thermostat and when I turn the manual control on it doesn't work either. Everything was working fine yesterday. I have reset the thermostat and delete my Nest app and reinstalled it and I have checked the schedule.
