This morning my nest thermostat stopped connecting to my wifi network. I tried all the troubleshoot steps when following the message prompts on nest.com/w2 and still can connect. The thermostat sees the network but just can’t connect to it. I would like to not have to factory reset during the cold winter months. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi Brownn74,
Thanks for reaching out. The message that you're getting means that your Wi-Fi router may have security settings enabled that prevent your Nest thermostat from connecting. You can click on this link to find your Nest Thermostat's MAC address and add it to your router's whitelist.
Thanks,
Edward

Edward,
I went directly through google to troubleshoot and concluded with replacing unit since it was still under warranty. I received the new unit and all is well. Thanks.
