Nest Thermostats don't use jumper wires so don't connect it.

So my options on the nest I have are

Y          G

C          R

W          *OB

would the wire on W2 go to W on the new unit?

and where would E go?

If you've not bought a Nest thermostat yet, use the compatibility checker:
Nest thermostat compatibility - Google Nest Help

If you've already bought one, download the Google Home app on a phone or tablet for Nest Thermostat (2020), or the Nest app for Nest Thermostat E and Nest Learning Thermostat. The app will prompt you to select the wires you have and guide you through the entire setup.

Hello there,

Thanks for the help here, @davidking.

@Atal86, you no longer need to use the jumper wire, so your wiring would be Nest-compatible without the E wire. Your guide is the article shared above, so you have the option of which Nest Thermostat version you're going to install.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Best,
Mark

Hi Atal86,

I'm checking in. How's it going? Have you managed to install a Nest Thermostat with the guide shared above? Let us know if you need more help with the installation so we can look into this further.

Regards,

Mark
