Nest app keeps freezing

Nest app keeps freezing when I select thermostat location. I reset my phone, reset the thermostat, reset my router, reset my modem . .?.?.?.

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'm sorry for the delay. Could you please try reinstalling your Nest app and proceed with the setup again? If the issue persists after selecting the location of your Nest Thermostat, don't exit the app, stay with that page and wait for 5-7 mins and see what will happen.
