Nest compatibility

 Can any one help evaluate if my thermostat panel is compatible with the Google nest one?

Hey folks, 

Thanks for the photo and for reaching out, Dustess11. 

Based on your current thermostat wires, you have a proprietary system. This isn't compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.
