does anybody know if this thermostat is compatible to be replaced by Nest?

Thanks for reaching out and for the photo.

I'm afraid that I can't see the labels of your current thermostat terminals. Could you share another photo showing the labels of the terminals especially the ones where the wires are  connected to?
