Nest compatibility

Using the compatibility checker online it says our system is compatible for a Nest thermostat. However, when trying to set up through the Google Home App it is now claiming our system is not compatible…anyone have the issue? Or have a workaround to have the best we have purchased work?

When you have a chance, upload an image of your old thermostat wiring, your new thermostat wiring, and maybe some details about your HVAC system.

Reason I ask, many UK people have purchased displays on their own thinking they will work, but they will not in the UK.
