Nest compatible with current wiring?

Trying to figure out if this is compatible with the nest thermostat. Here is my current wiring layout. I know the jumper will go away. 
please advise, thanks in advance

Yes it will work.

Put Red to R

G to G, Yellow to Y, White to W

If you have a spare wire in the cable you should connect it as a C wire but you would need to also go to the furnace and take cover off and find the C screw and connect it there also.

The Nest might work without a C wire but it's always best to connect it if possible.
