Hello,
Having a really frustrating time with my Nest over the past week or so. It used to work fine, but the Home/Away assist has, all of a sudden, started constantly marking me as away when I'm not.
I've checked my location settings, they are set to always and precise location is on.
When I open the "What decides if you're home" page, both my iPhone location and the product itself are set to yes. However, every time I do this my phone under the People section says no before quickly jumping to yes a second or two later (I promise you it's not my location settings though, they are 100% set to always on).
When I do go in and check these settings, I can see in the activity history log that the app has noted my phone was at home but it doesn't change anything - the app still has me marked as away.
I've tried unlinking the thermostat and relinking, I've tried deleting the app. I don't know what else to try but this is driving me crazy. Can anyone help?!
