I am having trouble getting a hold of a real representative to speak with. My thermostat keeps resetting itself to 95 degrees when I get home. I can’t change the safety temp lower. Does anyone know how I can get a representative to call or chat with me before I throw my nest out the window.

I posted on the statement on the link she gave me. What I needed it to actually speak or do an instant chat with an individual. My nest keeps going to 95 deg and I can’t get it to stop

We are still having issues. We have tried everything recommended and have gotten no where. Our a/c is running 14+ hours a day. I think the thermostat is broken
