Nest e thermistat

Nest e thermostat. Third time in 18 months. First two times got help from Nest rep but now cannot remember how to fix. App. burps and cannot see home thermostat on iPhone. Reset thermostat e, redid everything asked for. Cannot see ‘e’ on phone. Want total control without away from home parameters.  Who should I call?
