Nest forgot pin and lost WiFi

I forgot my pin for my upstairs nest and the WiFi disconnected and we got new service WiFi so I’m stuck what can I do?? Please help

The easiest way to fix this is to go to your Internet device and change the SSID to match your old system. Your device will automatically connect to the Wi-Fi again.  Once you get it hooked up to the Wi-Fi again, simply use your phone and unlock it.
