Nest/googel thermostat install

I have all of the wires in the nest thermostat where they belong. But set up is saying my system isn't copatable.

Can you send us a photo of how you connected the thermostat wires to the Nest Thermostat? Also, what is the exact error message you get as you set up the Nest Thermostat?
