My new Nest was working fine when installed a few weeks ago and now it’s just not kicking the heat on at all! Help!

Can you post a pic of the wires connected to the base.
What kind of heating system do you have?
Gas with forced air or a boiler with hot water radiators etc.

I have same issues with electric forced air. All I have is cold air blowing with heater on and this just randomly happened mid winter freeze

Could be your furnace and not the Nest.
What wires are connected on your Nest base?
Do you know how to use a multimeter to test for AC voltage? You can buy one for around $20 at home depot or lowes or harbor freight tools etc.
You could use the meter to test at the furnace if you have 24v AC arriving on the White wire when Nest is calling for Heat. You would put the Test probe red on the W screw and the test probe black on the C common screw on the furnace and you should have 24-30V AC (only when Nest is calling for heater to turn on).
If you have the power on W then there is a problem with your furnace. Possibly there is a relay that turns on the heat coils, or the coils maybe burned out.
You could test the coils with the meter also by using the Ohms setting to measure resistance of the coils. You can look up on youtube how to test heater coils probably lots of videos out there.

Do you know if the heat pump is running at all? Does the outdoor unit come on and run?
There could be a problem with the heat pump not the Nest.
How old is your system? Older heat pumps cannot produce heat using the outdoor unit below a certain temperature and switch over to the backup Auxiliary electric heat coils.
