I have two Nests and one went offline 10 days ago. No matter what I tried and 4 hours with Neat on the phone it still is offline. NEST has terrible customer service.

Still happening. Thermostat goes offline almost all the time. Sometimes it comes online, but when I change the temperature it actually doesn't do anything when I check the thermostat.

Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat or in the app? Also, could you please provide the power readout of your thermostat?
