Hi i had 2 nest thermostats and heat links installed yesterday. One is freestanding with a power cable and one is wired. The one that's wired is upstairs to control upstairs radiators and hot water tank. We noticed yesterday evening the upstairs radiators and boiler would not turn off even tho we had them off in the nest app and on the thermostats. It eventually went off itself, had to open windows it was so warm upstairs. This morning. It is coming on itself but only the hot water even tho its off and not scheduled. The only way it will go off is if i remove the thermostat from its base, that's wired? When i turn heating on it says delayed heating and doesnt come on for 2 mins or so. Does anyone know what could be the problem. I have to head out soon and i dont want to leave the boiler on while were not there.

Obviously the first port of call is to remove all schedules in heating and water, but you say that's done.
Check to see if the bacteria setting is on, try changing to dissabled. You will find the setting in ....settings - equipment.
Who installed the thermostats?
