Nest now supports Apple HomeKit - but how?

Hi, 

so according to this source, Nest can now (April 2023) work with Apple HomeKit.

Anyone tried it and got it working? It’s not appearing for me in the Apple Home app and I can’t see how to add it.

The update is still rolling out. The software version that supports this is 1.3 and it’s a slow roll out in phases.
