Nest sensor on google home app

I recently migrated my Nest account to google home and can’t figure out how to add existing nest sensors to google home. 
Any help is appreciated

That’s a bit disappointing especially since I kept getting the Google Home app pushed on me by Nest/Google.

Hey there, 

I understand and we're sorry if you feel that way. Our long term plan is to use the Google Home app as the one place you can control all of your favorite Nest and other smart home devices, as well as Google Assistant. In the near future, we’ll allow users to set up previous Nest devices and have full control in the Home app.
