Nest thermostat 3rd Gen No 12v Issue.

Afternoon all.

I have a 3rd gen Nest thermostat + Heatlink and had an sparkie round on Sunday to fit it.  Upon installation on our system we have found no 12v output from T1/T2.  We have 230vAC on the input , and 230vAC on the expected outputs and the heatlink works with the thermostat on USB power.  Everything work as expected but just no 12v power from the heatlink.  This has been confirmed with a multimeter straight from the heatlink T1/T2 ports.

I have contacted support and they have asked for pictures and videos showing the above.  The tech I received couldn't fathom what was going on and has passed it to a senior member.  This was Sunday , has anybody else had a similar issue?
