Nest thermostat E heat link not connecting

Hi our Thermostat e had come up with a communication error and no light on the Heat link so I figured batteries need changing so replaced with some Lithium ultras .

Still not working so did a reset of everything and started again. App connects to Thermostate E but Heatlink stays pulsing blue and fails to connect.

Any ideas to get it to connect?

Hello there! Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear that you're facing issues with your thermostat. Can you please let me know if you see any error message on your Nest app when trying to connect the two devices? Also, regarding the batteries, I recommend using the Energizer ones.
