My Nest E is within the 2 year warranty that it came with, according to our Heating Engineers. We have had 2 engineers spending a very long time trying to load it onto the wifi. The fibre broadband works perfectly with everything else, the Nest talks to the boiler but the Nest no longer talks to the wifi. Everything has been done to load it but it will not link to the wifi. As I am within the warranty period I cannot see how to
get hold of Nest or google to get them to rectify the situation. Please can someone help me ? Ginny
