Hello folks,

Thank you so much for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry to hear about this situation with your thermostat's battery. I'm happy to assist you.

To better assist you, I have some questions related to your thermostat:

  • Your thermostat has a ¨ C ¨ wire connected?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Are the power breakers on, and do you receive power to your home?
  • Do you notice any specific error code (M20, E298,etc)?
  • What type of batteries are you using now?

In the meantime, here are some initial troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Ensure all wires are securely fastened to their terminals and all buttons are fully pressed.

Feel free to share with me these details, and definitely I will do my best to find a solution for you.

Best regards

Douglas.
