Same issues with all of them

I am having the same issue with with 1 of. 2 of my thermostats. 

The one giving me issues is the first gen one. Both are over 10 years old. 
I am using the Nest App one iOS.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Are you getting any error messages on the thermostat display? When did it start happening? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
