I messed my app and had to reinstall but now can’t connect with the thermostat without the key code. When I follow instructions to get key code on thermostat it tells me already installed and won’t give me a key code. Help.

If it's already setup, you don't need to link it again. Simply sign into the app with the same account you used to set it up.

@annagan, how's your thermostat? Were you able to see it on the Nest app? Make sure to sign in with the right email address associated with your thermostat. If so, check for other available structures where your thermostat might be connected. Check out this guide on how to switch home structures.
