Hi
my nest thermostats has been off line for 48 hrs and I can’t get it re connected . The face is blank with a green flashing light . I have unplugged it from the wall and nothing is changing . Please can someone help . I can’t seen any feature details to re set it

I got a email off someone and sent a video across .
It has actually come back on and has been on for a for a few days . I logged out of Google emails and everything and seems to have done something 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

I've checked in our system and indeed you sent the video which was escalated to our colleagues from the Senior Support. Before moving further, is there any chance to request a picture with the back of your thermostat where the pin connectors are located? Please make sure to capture in the imagine all the pin connectors so I can have a look at them.

Thanks for letting me know. If the power was off for some time try and recharge the display off the base with something like a phone charger for 90 minutes. Place it back and see if it comes back on. If it does, make sure to check the power readings under Settings> Technical info> Power to make sure the battery voltage looks ok and the Vusb is around 5 V.

I’m so angry it was going so well 😡😡😡😡.
I have it on charge we have only. Even away over night . I tried to charge it the last time and nothing happened . I have popped it on charge .
thought it was to good to be true. I can’t be dealing with it going on and off in the winter

I have had it on charge and I still have a blank screen and flashing green light . I have read on the nest trouble shoot that this means it is stuck updating ?
grrr this is driving me nuts now after having it back on

Please remove the display from the base and plug it with a USB cable to a PC/Laptop and let us know if you can see the file called Technicalinfo.PLIST on the display's flash drive file in your computer.

No, you should be finding it into My computer/My files if the thermostat appears as a flash drive in your computer.

the part for my computer had not arrived yet . But late last night it was off one minute with the light flashing and the next it was working again 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️.
I can’t be having this in the winter though as I won’t have any hearing when it goes off
