Nest thermostat goes offline at 6 AM

Every morning at 6AM my nest gen3 goes offline. At 7AM it comes back on line. I’ve done everything that I’ve read to do. Is there any help out there?

Thanks for reaching out. Connection interference could cause your thermostat to go offline in the app such as: cordless phones, bluetooth devices, and baby monitors and other Wi-Fi devices. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? You can visit this link to check what type of thermostat you have. Were there any instances that your thermostat shows low power? How far away is your thermostat from the router?
