Nest thermostat incorrect location set time

I have two Nest thermostats that are exactly two hours behind. I can temporarily rectify this.m by changing my address in Home Info via the app to my neighbour’s house but it eventually reverts back. I’ve had the thermostats for over a year and has only started happening the past fortnight.

Any suggestions please? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with the date and time of your Nest Thermostat. You mentioned that you've changed the address but it's reverting back. Is the original address set on a different time zone?
