Nest thermostat keeps changing temperature

I keep having to change the set temperature on my nest thermostat. I have all learning features turned off but it keeps setting it to 76 degrees.

Do you have Home/Away Assist turned on?  If so, the Nest may believe you're "away" and so it's calling for the Eco temperature.  (Is your Eco temperature 76?)  To troubleshoot, make sure Home/Away Assist is off, so that you're using the Nest as an ordinary not-smart programmable thermostat.

Is Eco Mode on?  You want that to be off so that the Nest will follow the schedule you've set.

(I'm assuming that you have set a schedule, and that the schedule is not actually calling for 76.  If you twirl the dial to set the Nest to 72, say, that's only temporary.  The Nest will go back to its schedule at the next set point.)

All features are turned off including the home and away feature and the eco feature. I’ve verified it through the hardware and the app. I’ve restarted it many times with no change. Every time I change the temperature it does give me a time when it will be changed back to the 76 degrees.  This is a daily occurrence.

What schedule is your Nest programmed for, i.e., what temperatures at what times?  The way it's behaving, it sounds like you have the Nest programmed for a temperature of 76, at least for some time period(s) during the day.  When you change it to 72 you aren't altering that schedule, just performing a temporary override, and the Nest is telling you the time at which it's going to revert to the programmed schedule.  (At least, that would be the normal behavior for any programmable thermostat like the Nest.)
