Nest thermostat, lost the ability to run fan only, the fan option is gone

My app has lost the fan only option as well as the thermostat itself lost the fan option.

1. What Nest Thermostat model do you have?
2. Have you tried restarting the thermostat?
3. Have you checked if the G-WIRE is fully inserted?
