The thermostat works manually but will not work with App. It’s connected to the WiFi. Can’t get app to work! I need to talk to someone & get technical support

@Washingtonveron, have you changed something recently at your system? Either your Wi-Fi password has changed or something of that type nature?
The Nest app is linked to your Nest Thermostat when it was first installed and set up. So as long as you do not delete the Nest app or log out of the Nest app. It should still communicate now. And, you have not logged out of your Nest app and logged in with a different ID, then it all should still work.
But for that to be the case, the display of the Nest app would tell you you have an error and not connected to a Wi-Fi network. If the Nest Thermostat is connected the Wi-Fi network and thus the Nest cloud, and if it’s still reaching the network cloud, it can reach your phone as long as the nest thermostat and your nest app and phone are registered to each other other.
