My Nest thermostat is disconnected from the network. The network is operating normally. We’ve run all the diagnostics and restarted the network. The Nest cannot find any networks. Online info says there is a known chip problem with the thermostat and likely needs to be replaced. The thermostat is less than one year old. How do I accomplish replacement with Google? They discontinued their phone support service. Thank you! Rick

Contact google nest help. I did the chat online. We have the same problem as you but because we are just out our 2 yr warranty they won’t replace it for us for free! £188 for a new one 😢
