My nest thermostat suddenly reads no power. I’ve change the batteries they’re fine for the thermostat itself. Not sure where there’s no power is coming from. I have checked fuses, they all seem fine

This sounds like a dead thermostat base. I had the same problem and after replacing the Nest with a regular thermostat, everything was working fine. I have giving up on Nest given their lack of support for their products. My 2 year old 3rd Generation nest needs to be thrown in the trash due to the dead base issue and Google not making any base replacements available for out of warranty users.

Hey folks,
Sorry to hear about your experience, Nestnomore. Rest assured that we'll take this as feedback as we're continually working on ways to improve.
Tip428, is this the new Nest Thermostat with a mirrored display? Are you getting a specific code on your thermostat's display? Also, how is it wired?
Best,
Melba
