Hello friends. We installed a smart system in our apartment, but when the heating was activated, it turned out that the temperature was rising non-stop. Tell me what to do and how to connect correctly. Previously it used to be like red with black, yellow with green
thanks

Hello ShaN26,
Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community Forum. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.
To better understand its configuration, can you share with us your old thermostat's wiring? Also, what type of HVAC system do you have?
I'll look forward to your response.
Regards,
Mark

Hello Mark. The type of heating is radiators. I do not observe ventilation at all (except for the hood in the kitchen and restroom) air conditioning separately . Thanks.

Hi folks,
@ShaN26, thanks for getting back to us, and I'm sorry for the delayed response. Since your thermostat does not show any terminals where the thermostat wires are connected, could you send us a photo of the control board where the other end of the wires are connected so we can take a closer look for its compatibility with our Nest Learning Thermostat?
Keep us posted.
I appreciate your help, Mark.
Regards,
Zoe

Hello Zoe. If you mean about photo from the boiler room, then there is no access to it as it is a rental apartment 😅

Hi there,
Thanks for letting us know. If you don't have access to the boiler room, I recommend you reach out to your landlord to check on it, or you may directly contact a Nest Pro installer so that they can communicate with your landlord and check the boiler room for you to professionally install your Nest thermostat for you.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Zoe
