Nest thermostat wiring question

Jrunfast27

Third attempt, i responded to two other Community Specialists via reply button, but that apparently does not work.

issue: Nest Thermostat new in box, and attempting install to an existing Zephyr force air heater.
location: Calif

connecting via Google Home App, which walks me thru the process.  The Google nest website says my existing wiring should work, But when I use the Google Home app, it tells me my wiring will NOT work.
i have not disconnected the old thermostats yet

Attache three photos show the existing wiring configuration and the nest wiring in the Google Home App.

Hi Jrunfast27,

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats, and I'm sorry for my late response. When installing your Nest Thermostat, the green wire goes to G, yellow wire to Y, white wire to W, and red wire to R (disregarding the jumper wire). Therefore, the configuration for 'Which of these wires do you have' in the Google Home app should only be W/W1, Y/Y1, G/G1, and R only.

Let us know how it goes.

Best,

Zoe
