Nest thermostat

Please help me get my thermostat on

Is it installed yet? Did it ever work?

If you just need heat on and it is already installed you tap edge scroll to flame logo and tap again.

Mine worked for 2 years now it is saying "No Power" so I tried some of the trouble shooting things  1 of them said to delete the devise.  so I did but now the Google home APP won't detect the wires even though I have pulled out and put back several times.  so is my NEST no good anymore?? Thanks for your help.

Check the power is on to your heating system. Sometimes there is a wall switch like a light switch near the unit or at top of the stairs. And check breaker is not tripped in the electric panel for the heating system.

No breaker off or switch flipped off.

You can try to charge it with a phone charger and micro usb cable possibly the battery died.

Do you have a C wire connected when you pull it off? C wire keeps battery charged up.

@SHEENA617 and @ladydicowgrl, I'd be happy to take a look into this for both of you as well. Do you mind me asking what type of Nest thermostat do you have? Also, are you getting any wire reports or message codes so we can determine what might have caused the issue? 

 

Have a look at this guide to troubleshoot when your Nest thermostat won't turn on and let us know if that helps.
