Getting the dreaded M5 error message and I have tried all the fixes and nothing works. Any idea how to get help?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Also, could you share a photo of the exact message that you're getting?

Here is a photo of the Nest, I have followed all the directions online to clear the error and can not get rid of it. Even had my heating engineer to the house, and they cant understand why it doesn’t work. Every appliance in the house is connected to the Mesh and all work fine.
Sorry, but can not see how to insert my photo on this forum. The icon of a camera does not give me an option to insert the picture… it says wifi connection error nest.com/w5
