Nest thermostat

I have not bought a nest. The compatibility checker said to upload a photo. Could you please confirm if its Nest compatible ?

You thermostat is controlling a conventional HVAC system. You have a Heating and AC Cooling system. This system is fully compatible with a Nest Thermostat, a Nest Learning Thermostat, and a Nest E Leaning Thermostat.
