Nest thermostat

I inherited my nest thermostat when I moved into my house and don’t have any instructions. It was working fine but a few weeks ago the heating schedule stopped working and I can only get the heating to come on by going on manual mode (pressing the big button near my boiler). Have tried resetting the thermostat but that didn’t work. Any ideas?
