Nest thermostat

My nest thermostat has been working fine. Today I noticed it was offline. Can’t get it to connect. I’ve rebooted everything. Reset thermostat. Got through the set up and it fails at the last step of finishing up. 
any ideas of what I’m missing ?

I absolutely do not know why people think when your nest thermostat is suddenly not communicating over the Wi-Fi, that the problem requires you to perform a factory reset of the nest thermostat. The Nest thermostat is basically a small computer, what you should do is simply reboot the thermostat.
